For bulk or carton orders, Arecaeats may ship products in original cartons or separately packaged items depending on packaging conditions and shipping considerations.

If the customer selects a non-refrigerated shipping option for temperature-sensitive products, the customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting damage, and such items will not be eligible for return or compensation.
8.7
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. Arecaeats shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect addresses or city information provided by the customer.
9. Returns & Exchanges
9.1
Non-food items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they remain unused and in their original condition.
9.2
Food products may only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage not caused by the customer’s selected shipping method.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
