First: Return Policy
  • Returnable Products: Non-food products can be returned within 7 days from the purchase date. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and sealed in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Products: All food products, including refrigerated, frozen, or perishable items such as milk and cheese, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping (provided the damage is not due to choosing an unrefrigerated shipping method or entering an incorrect address).
  • Opened or Used Products.
  • Damaged Products resulting from misuse, or failure to follow storage and usage instructions.
  • Return Procedure: Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and product details. After reviewing your request, we will send you the return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
Second: Exchange Policy
  • Exchangeable Products: Non-food products can be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the same conditions as returns. If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Exchange Procedure: Contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and product details. We will send you the return shipping instructions. "Arecaeats" covers the shipping cost for the replacement product only if the error was made by us; otherwise, the cost is borne by the customer.
Third: Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses
  • If you enter an incorrect address or request shipment to an unmatched city, we are not responsible for any damage or loss. If the order is returned due to an address error or refusal of delivery, food products will be destroyed to preserve public health, and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Fourth: Important Notes
  • The customer bears the shipping cost for return requests unless the error was made by us.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, including all attachments and accessories.
  • This policy is applied in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions of the website.
In the event of any conflict between this policy and the general Terms and Conditions, the official Terms and Conditions approved on the website shall be the governing and binding reference.
